01What it's for

The meetings you can't afford to half-remember.

Every one of these ends up as a markdown file in your folder. Same shape, same place, every time.

1:1s

Decisions, promises, and the thing you both said you'd revisit.

Priya: Let's push the launch a week rather than ship it thin.

You: Then I'll move the deadline and tell the team today.

Priya: Bring me the numbers Thursday and we'll decide for real.

User research

Verbatim quotes you can actually cite, not your paraphrase of them.

Participant: I don't trust it because I can't see where it saved anything.

You: Say more about “can't see”?

Participant: There's no folder. It's just gone into the app.

Standups

What shipped, what's blocked, and who owns the next move.

Marcus: Search is out to staging. Nothing broke overnight.

Dana: I'm blocked on the API keys until that lands.

Marcus: I'll get them to you this afternoon.

The exact words, in the order they were said.

Ren: I led the migration, but I didn't design the schema.

You: Who did?

Ren: Our staff engineer. I ran the cutover and the rollback plan.

02Our thesis

You should not have to rent your own memory.

Your meetings are where work gets decided. But other recording tools take your data, keep it on their servers, and rent it back to you monthly. Stop paying and it's gone.

We think that's backwards. A record of your own work life should not be a subscription. So Peachy writes each meeting straight to file in a folder you picked, on your Mac, the moment the words are said. No export, no archive request, no “download your data”.

Your data always belongs to you.

03Why use Peachy?

Your meetings are your knowledge.

Every decision, every promise, every reason why lives in them. Other tools lock all of that in their cloud and rent it back to you. Stop paying, and years of your own context are gone. Peachy writes every meeting to a file on your Mac. Yours to keep.

Their cloud
  • Your transcripts sit on their servers.
  • Access ends when you stop paying.
  • Their AI, their features, their roadmap.
Your Mac
  • Every meeting is a markdown file in your folder.
  • Readable by anything. No subscription.
  • Your own AI reads across all of them.
04Your own AI

Bring your meetings into any context.

Fast, accurate transcription. Then it gets out of the way.

Every meeting is a plain file on your Mac. Point your AI at the folder. Ask anything.

05How it works

Set up once. Then it just keeps happening.

Step 01

Auto-detects your meetings

Connect your calendar. Peachy notices each call as it starts.

Step 02

Transcribes live, in the background

Words hit the disk as they're spoken, labeled by speaker. You stay in the conversation.

Step 03

Syncs wherever your folder syncs

Each transcript is a markdown file in a folder you picked. No Peachy cloud in the middle.

Your meetings never get trapped in an app.

06What it works with

It fits where you already work.

Point your own AI at the folder. Peachy ships an MCP server too.

Other tools count their integrations. When the output is just a file, the file is the integration.

07Before you ask

The questions we'd ask too.

What actually leaves my Mac?

The audio does, to be transcribed. It goes to Deepgram, a cloud speech service. We never retain it.

The transcripts don't. They go straight to your folder. There is no Peachy server with your meetings on it, and a failed transcription gives you a pending stub and a Retry, never an invented one.

The rest is in the privacy policy.

What happens to my files if I stop using Peachy?

Nothing. They are plain markdown files in your own folder. There is nothing to export from.

That is the whole point.

Is it really free?

Unlimited transcription during the beta. No credit card, no meeting count, no clock.

There will be a paid tier eventually. You will never be charged to open a file you already have.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Your mic and your Mac's audio record on separate channels, so your words are never mixed up with theirs.

Some Google Workspace admins restrict calendar connections, so check with yours.

Does a bot join my call?

No. No extra participant, no notification. Peachy records from your Mac, the way a voice memo would.

Mac only?

Mac only. macOS 14.2 or later, Apple Silicon. Native, not a web app in a wrapper.

What do I do with the files afterwards?

Point Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini at the folder and ask across every meeting you have ever had. Search them in Spotlight, open one in any editor. Peachy ships an MCP server too.

Peachy itself runs no AI on your meetings.

08Early access
