What it does

Every meeting becomes a file you own.

Recorded on your Mac. Your desktop AI reads it in place, and it syncs wherever you keep it.

Our thesis

Your context should outlive the app that made it.

Meetings end. What you decided in them shouldn't. Peachy keeps every one as plain text you own, so it's there whenever your AI needs it.

Why use Peachy?

They keep your meetings. We hand them to your agent.

Point your AI at the folder and ask. Prep my week. Pull every decision from the last month. Draft the follow-ups from this morning's call. Your agent does the work. You review it. And the files are yours to keep, never in their cloud.

Other tools
  • Your meetings live in their cloud, on their roadmap.
  • Their AI reads them. You get what their app shows you.
  • Access ends when you stop paying.
Peachy
  • Every meeting is a plain file in your folder.
  • Your own AI reads across all of them and does the work.
  • Yours to keep. Readable by anything. Nothing to renew.

Meetings

Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. No bot joins the call.

Any folder you pick

A plain folder. It syncs wherever that folder syncs. iCloud, Dropbox, your pick.

Your own AI

Your desktop AI reads the folder directly. No export, no copy-paste. Browser AI? Mirror your folder to Dropbox and connect there.

Before you ask

The questions we'd ask too.

What actually leaves my Mac?

The audio does, to be transcribed. It goes to Deepgram, a cloud speech service. We never retain it.

The transcripts never reach us. They go straight to your folder. There's no Peachy server with your meetings on it, and if a transcription fails, you get a clear placeholder and a Retry, never a made-up one.

The rest is in the privacy policy.

What happens to my files if I stop using Peachy?

Nothing. They're plain markdown files in your own folder. There's nothing to export.

That's the whole point.

Is it really free?

Unlimited transcription during the beta. No credit card, no meeting count, no clock.

There'll be a paid tier eventually. You'll never be charged to open a file you already have.

Which meeting apps does it work with?

Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Your mic and your Mac's audio record on separate channels, so your words are never mixed up with theirs.

Some Google Workspace admins restrict calendar connections, so check with yours.

Does a bot join my call?

No. No extra participant, no notification. Peachy records from your Mac, the way a voice memo would.

Mac only?

Mac only. macOS 14.2 or later, Apple Silicon. Native, not a web app in a wrapper.

Which AI can read my meetings, and where?

Your desktop AI reads your folder directly: Claude Desktop, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code all read your files in place, no export step. What your AI sends to its own service is governed by your AI, not Peachy. A browser AI (claude.ai in a tab, ChatGPT or Gemini on the web) can't read a local folder. That's a limit of the browser, not Peachy.

If you live in a browser AI, mirror your folder to Dropbox and connect it there.

What do I do with the files afterwards?

Ask your AI to do the work. Point it at the folder and ask it to prep your week, pull every decision from the last month, or draft the follow-ups from this morning's call. Search them in Spotlight, open one in any editor.

Peachy itself runs no AI on your meetings. Your agent does.
